After completing the Club Membership form, please e-mail the form to info@trisaetum.com, fax to 503-538-7390, or mail to the winery at 18401 Ribbon Ridge Road, Newberg, OR 97132.
- Enrollment in a club is a one year commitment
- Your membership will automatically renew each subsequent year
- Cancellation for club membership in future years must be received in writing prior to any shipments
- Members are billed at time of shipment for wine (less discount), shipping, and applicable sales tax
- It is the members obligation to notify Trisaetum of any address change before wines are shipped
- Members must be 21 or older and a signature from an individual 21 or over is required for delivery
- Wine club shipments can only be made to states where wine can legally be shipped
