Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red, the Cabernet Sauvignon from the Seven Hills vineyard in Walla Walla has aromas of earthy black fruits, stone and black raspberries. Continuous waves of core red currant and sweet black cherries on the palate are accentuated by firm tannins that carry the fruit and freshness through a long, persistent finish.  There is a serious sense of purity to the fruit, and some serious tannin to provide a structured framework and ageability to the wine.

Seven Hills Vineyard

Sourced exclusively from the famed Seven Hills Vineyard in Walla Walla, fruit is picked and transported via refrigerated truck to Trisaetum on the same day.
