This year’s blend consists of 48% Merlot from the Loess Vineyard, which surrounds Leonetti Winery, and 52% Cabernet Sauvignon from the famed Seven Hills Vineyard.  Fruit is picked and transported via refrigerated truck to Trisaetum on the same day.  Aged 21 months in French oak from the forests of Limousin, Nevers, and Alliers.  Enjoy 2027 – 2042.
